These guys are AMAZING!!!! I can't say that getting in an accident is a positive experience, but they almost (but not quite) make me want to get hit again!

How nice!: They were, by far, the least expensive out of the three estimates I got. When I called, Richard (see, I really like these guys, I know their names) told me to bring it by and asked what color and make my car was so he could "keep his eye out for me". How nice!

Then I take my car in, which is a late model Volvo, so I didn't want just anyone working on it. Claudio, the owner, took a look at it and explained all of my options. From the get-go I could tell I was not going to get ripped off. He was totally okay with the fact that I didn't want to go through insurance, but told me I should get something from the other party signed to say that they for sure wouldn't report it later. Good advice!

While I was there, they called vendors to see what the prices would be on parts and to see if they could get a deal somewhere to lower the price. They did this in front of me, so I knew the prices on parts that they wrote on the estimate were accurate and not some inflated number.

As I was leaving, (from my estimate) Claudio noticed that my tail light was out. He asked if I had 5 minutes and changed the bulb for FREE! He said that he "didn't want me to get a ticket". What a guy!

As it turns out, I did end up going through insurance. I only had to call the insurance to report the accident, they took care of everything else. I even called my insurance to check to make sure that I didn't need to tell them anything more. They assured me that these guys had already taken care of everything. Amazing. Who does that?

Additionally, they offered to arrange a rental car for me through Enterprise at a VERY discounted rate per day. I didn't end up taking them up on this, but had I needed to, this would have saved me tons of money.

They let me keep the car there while the insurance companies were battling it out and even let me keep it there over Thanksgiving while I was out of town for FREE! Other places will charge you to store your car every day that they aren't working on it.

I went to pick up my car, and not only was she beautiful again, she was clean! Richard and the guys in the shop had cleaned her for me inside and out. They even found a dollar bill under my seat and set it aside. What honesty! They assured me that they clean every car that goes out of their shop.

Additionally, they had gone around the car with touch-up paint, and fixed all of the little nicks you get from living in the city. Now my car is newer, so she doesn't have tons of scratches, but still! She now looks even better than before the accident!

I would, and have already, recommended Call Car Collision to everyone I meet. These guys are honest, fast, helpful, and VERY reasonable. I saw a variety of cars in their shops, from 1980 Volvo station wagons, to brand new SUV's. There is no need to look any furthur; you have found your auto body shop. Now all you need to do is give Richard and Claudio and the guys a call to fix your baby!

Amazing ! Go there !

One Wednesday...

Called Rob very late on a Wednesday to ask if he could install a taillight that had gotten smashed the week before. I had the new taillight and just needed it installed.

He said they were extremely busy, but to call the next morning and he'd see if he could squeeze me in. I called at 8:15 and he said to come on down.

As soon as I got there he jumped up from behind the desk and did the install himself in about 10 minutes. Then just shook my hand AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME A DIME.

They were obviously already very busy when he took the time to do this. If anything I just felt like I should've done the install myself except he knew how and where and with what tools to extricate and reattach all those weird little plastic brackets, one of which I surely would've snapped off.

At no point was he annoyed or exasperated with the fact that I hadn't attempted to do it myself. Loved the whole energy of my interactions with them. I will be going back for any and all body work I need in the future.

I cannot recommend this place enough. After being plagued with water leaking into my wheel well of my Honda Fit and multiple places in the city telling me they can't fix it (including the Honda repair center, which completely ripped me off) I finally found the right team for the job! These guys are great. My family has been going to this shop for years but this was my first time taking my car in. The father and son duo are Brazilian and speak Portuguese which is a plus for me. Decided to take my 2013 civic in to remove the a dent and scratch that ran along both door panels on the driver side.
The team here handled everything including working with insurance. All I had to do was sign the insurance check and pick up my new-looking car in less than two weeks. The pain job looked exactly like the original. Would highly recommend.
